Q HOW can I get rid of that horrible layer of fat that lies around my waist? I have managed to lose weight everywhere else but here.A THAT stubborn piece of fat is always the hardest to remove and no matter how many times you walk away from the gym you still can’t understand why it hasn’t gone.
